1 What does a web promotion/SEO firm do?We bring clients to your site by a number of methods that increase your site's ranking and visibility on the most popular search engines and directories. These methods include researching how your clients look for you, optimizing your site to get the best rankings on search engines and submitting and promoting your site. For each client we determine the most cost-effective means of doing this and provide regular updates on how effective these efforts are. In addition to this WebJuris uses feedback from our customers to better target their client base and fine tune your campaign. We also manage pay-per-click advertising to bring targeted clients to your site. 2 Why should my Web site be listed with search engines?Search engines are the yellow pages and the road map of the Internet. If your firm's web site is not listed by the search engines most new clients will have no way to find you. 3 How much will it cost me if I do it on my own? That would depend on whether you have the tools and experience to do it yourself. Submitting sites and attempting to make your site more search-engine-friendly may be fairly inexpensive, but purchasing and learning to use the tools to do so effectively and accurately track your efforts effect can be a large investment in time and money. 4 How much time does it take to promote a five-page web site?It can take any amount of time, depending on how many URLs you are submitting - and also the number of search engines involved. The actual submission of a single URL to a single search engine is really insignificant in the big picture. The real time is spent in research, site optimization and tracking of promotional efforts. 5 Do you guarantee your results?Yes, we do. Because we have years of experience in search engine promotion, we can offer guaranteed results on most of our promotion packages. Please see Guarantees. 6 Does it matter to the search engines how my site looks and functions?Yes, actually, it does. The search engines look for certain content in a document you submit. They even look at your images! In addition the functionality and ease of use of your site will affect what your hard-earned visitors do once they get to your site. If you draw them to the site with effective promotional methods and they are turned off by a confusing interface then all you've done is wasted their time. 7 Why can't I just promote my site myself? You can promote your own site, but unless you have the experience, knowledge and tools you're probably better off hiring a professional. By hiring a reputable SEO firm you can be assured that your site will get effective promotion and you can expect to be shown reports detailing the success of the campaign. 8 How do you go about promoting my site?We promote your site through hands on hard work and smarts. We've been promoting Web sites for years now and simply put, we've gotten good at it. Using a combination of site optimization, customized submissions, Pay-Per-Click promotion and placement we get our clients the traffic they need. 9 Why is my site not in the top 10?If you submitted your URL and you're not finding it, wait a month then check again. If it's still not in the top ten, your check must have bounced ;-) It takes 3-6 months for sites to be found and indexed by the major search engines. 10 The keyword that I wanted is not listed in the top 10 - why? Many times a keyword is so popular in a search engine that it's impossible for a new site to get it; but there are always options. Sometimes engines will list a relevant site beneath sites that have no relevant connection to the keywords searched for. We can fix this with proper site optimization. 11 Can I design and build my own site and have you promote it?Yes, but we may have to modify some parts of your site to ensure it's search engine friendly. 12 Who maintains/updates the meta tags? Do you do it or can we do it ourselves? We maintain the keywords for our promotional clients. The reason it is best for us to do so is that we know how to research the terms and monitor their placement and effectiveness. We are of course open to client suggestions and will add, change or research specific keywords at the clients request. 13 What kind of keyword-position reporting do you offer? How accurate is it?We offer the most accurate reporting available on the Internet which is WebPosition. This reporting gives you exactly where your targeted keywords place on all the top search engines. 14 To which search engines do you submit my site, and why? There are approximately 30 specific search engines and directories that we recommend and to which we custom submit. The search engines to which we submit are the most popular on the World Wide Web, and this list is updated as popularity changes. View list of current top search engines 15 I cannot find my Web site listed in certain search engines and directories. What happened? If you cannot find your site address in a certain search engine or directory, it does not mean that your site has not been submitted. Rather, it means that your site has not been included or indexed by the search engine or directory yet. Many search engines take up to 4 months to index new sites. If you feel that your site should be listed on a particular directory or SE and you are a current WebJuris client please let us know so we can investigate the matter Contact us by email: CLICK HERE .16 How long does it take for my site to get listed once I've signed up?Every search engine and directory is different. In some cases, your Web site URL will appear right away; in others, it may take a few months for your site to be added. In other instances, your site may not be listed at all, due to content or a backlog of submitted sites. Additionally, listings may move higher or lower, or be removed. Submissions that appear right away: Submissions that take time: Submissions that never get added: 17 Why don't I just go with the guys who say they will submit to 300,000 search engines for $29.99?First off there aren't 300,000 search engines to submit to, there really aren't more than 30 that are of any value. When you see an offer for massive promotions at a very low cost what you are really getting is ripped off. What they will do is enter your email address and URL into a program that will add you to thousands of Spam lists. 18 What if I need a lot of traffic right away?Conventional search engine optimization is very cost-effective and necessary to the promotion of a web site, however getting traffic quickly, to meet a deadline, or just to get a leg up on the competition requires a more assertive approach. For commercial promotion WebJuris has found pay-per-click advertising to be the most effective method. With pay-per-click you only advertise to clients who are already looking for your product and only pay when they go to your site. 19 What is Pay-Per-Click and why would I want it?Pay-per-click is targeted advertising that uses the terms entered by a potential client into a search engine to provide links for products and services that they are already looking for. Search terms are researched for their popularity and relevance to a client's site and then each term is bid on. When a client enters a selected word or phrase into the search engine a small ad will appear near the top of listings linking to the client's site. The customer only pays when the potential client follows the link to this site. One advantage of this is that the client is already looking for your product, or a similar one, when they enter the search term. Then they have an opportunity to read a description of your site before deciding that it is what they want and only when they click the link to you. The second advantage of this is that we have total control over the placement and wording of the ad and can often get your listing on the first page of the most popular search engines in one or two days. There are many reasons to choose WebJuris to manage your pay-per-click accounts. First we manage the entire process for you, from researching terms, selecting and setting up accounts and managing the bids based on your approved budget. We also have an ongoing relationship with the major PPC providers and are able to pass special offers and free services on to our clients. Finally the PPC campaigns we manage appear in the most popular search engines which account for over 90% of the Internet searches, this includes Google, MSNSearch, Yahoo, AOLsearch and many others. |
