ALA - Asociation of Legal Administrators, San Diego Chapter
Last year, the San Diego Association of Legal Administrators' (ALA) goal was to redesign our website to (1) improve and strengthen the flow of information to and from our members; (2) enhance the services/benefits available to our members; and (3) provide a more colorful, modern look, with a San Diego feel. We were able to accomplish all of our goals with the assistance of WebJuris; they exceeded our expectations. They created an outstanding website design which has an organized format, is easy to navigate and displays the Spirit of San Diego theme throughout all of its pages (with its sky, water and beach background).
We thank you for creating a highly professional and creative website as a tool for our association to reach out to the San Diego legal community and provide information of who we are, what we do, and of upcoming activities. Furthermore, we were so impressed with the design and professionalism of our website, we have submitted it to the awards program of our national association and feel that we have a strong chance of taking first place.
Thanks again for all of your assistance!

Deborah Fiumera Bayus - Attorney at Law
When I first contacted WebJuris, although I was aware that having a professional legal website would greatly enhance my visibility, I was overwhelmed with the thought of addressing anything remotely technological which would require my input. I also feared that I would be spending valuable hours trying to make decisions about lay-out, color, photographs, and ethical requirements for website compliance for attorneys. One meeting with Jose Rosa dispelled my apprehension. The transition from no website, to one which uniquely profiled my practice, couldn't have gone smoother. The WebJuris staff is highly experienced, creative and well versed on legal compliance. Once again, I am reminded to leave the professional work to the professionals!
Thank you RosArt and the WebJuris staff.
Deborah F. Bayus, Esq.
WebJuris donated the design and maintenance of our website (www.casacornelia.org) at no cost to Casa Cornelia, a public interest law firm in San Diego serving victims of human and civil rights violations. We could not be happier with the professional-looking presentation and images on our new website. Jose, Tom, and everyone at WebJuris really care about producing a quality website and listen to their clients needs and preferences. It has been a pleasure working with them, and we are very appreciative for all they have done for Casa Cornelia Law Center.
Rose Kasusky, Esq.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Jose Rosa and the pleasure of working with Jose Rosa and RosArt for the last 12 years. I began working with them when Internet marketing was a relatively new and untraveled road for lawyers. Since that time, WebJuris/RosArt has maintained, posted and promoted our websites in an extremely professional, ethical and wholly competent manner. Over the last dozen years, I have found the longstanding team at WebJuris/RosArt to be dependable, fair and honest with all of their professional services.
Together, we have created an overall long-term online marketing strategy which has been well received both professionally and from our clients and has grown to be a tremendous source of business generation for our law firm. I attribute this success in good measure to the tremendous attention to detail and overall level of care that WebJuris/RosArt has paid to our professional needs. I welcome your examination of our website and affiliated pages at www.caseygerry.com so that you can see for yourself the excellent service that has been provided to my law firm.
Very truly yours,
Computer & Technology Crime High Tech Response Team - C.A.T.C.H.
I wanted to take this time to thank you and your company for your assistance.
During a recent investigation involving e-mail threats I approached RosArt for information held in its possession. I was provided your number by the victim in the case. I called you and explained what I needed and you said you could provide it. Within a few hours you provided me the information I requested. The information provided to me allowed me to complete the investigation in a timely manner.
I know if I have an investigation in the future in which RosArt has some connection I can count on getting cooperation and assistance.

I wanted to thank you and the team at RosArt and WebJuris for the spectacular websites you have provided to both my previous firm and my current solo practice. I first contacted your company in the late nineties based on one of the most creative advertisement campaigns on the web at the time and have always been happy with my decision to make that first call. Jose flew to Detroit and was able to impress our reluctant managing partner that having web site was becoming crucial to the legal profession and that WebJuris could provide a quality site at a reasonable cost. The result was a website that exceeded our expectations in its accessibility and representation of our firm.
After I decided to branch out on my own, I knew that the team at WebJuris would build a site that would meet my current needs. Jose and Tom were able to put together a professional site that exceeded my expectations for the site and created a logo for my new firm. I am confident that the team at RosArt will ensure that my site is always operating smoothly and is truly representative of my practice. I cannot think of a better company to develop and implement a website for a law firm regardless of the firm's size or focus.
I am truly grateful to Jose, Tom, and the team at RosArt/WebJuris for all of the quality work and assistance that they have provided to both of my firms. The fact that I have remained a loyal customer for over a decade is proof of the professionalism, competence and integrity of this company. I am looking forward to another decade of working with the team at RosArt Multimedia. Thank you all!
Jeffrey R. Frank - San Diego Personal Injury Lawyer
As a personal injury attorney I depend on the profession marketing of my law firm to connect with new clients who have just had an accident, are in need of representation, and do not know who to turn to. For many years I depended on both yellow pages and television exposure. The advent of the internet, however, presented a new and potentially more cost effective solution for generating new business for my firm. About 7 years ago we contracted with one of the big national internet companies handling legal online services. After several years and little to show for it we turned to a succession of smaller companies with the hope that we would receive a more personal approach to developing our website to market the firm. Suffice it to say, that many dollars were wasted with little to show for the efforts.
About 3 years ago I was referred to WebJuris and engaged them to modify and enhance my existing website for purposes of search engine optimization. Initially I was impressed by their personal attention to detail and straight answers to my questions. Their work has steadily improved my website. For the first time I could see tangible and cost effective results in the area of search engine optimization. My law firm's visibility has dramatically increased. The bottom line is that the efforts of RosArt have played a significant part in the growth of this law firm over the last several years.

Harrison Patterson O'Connor & Kinkead LLP
I am a founding partner of the law firm of Harrison Patterson O'Connor & Kinkead LLP, which firm was established just over three years ago. At the time we formed the firm, we immediately set up a website and, given understandable concerns over startup costs, we utilized a lower-end website designer and hosting company. While it certainly made sense to do so at the time, we shortly learned that it would be necessary to legitimize our web presence and to begin working with a company capable of sophisticated design and service. Through a referral from another local law firm, we were introduced to WebJuris. Within a short period of time, we were able to reach an agreement for the design and implementation of our website and hosting services. We immediately began receiving very favorable comments about our website. Over the past years, we have taken some additional steps to enhance our website, such as adding a blog and updating our content. Steps to enhance our website have been greatly facilitated by WebJuris and the advice they provide is invaluable.
In this day and age, the first impression of our firm is often our website. Even for those potential clients with whom we have already met and/or spoken with on the telephone, it is very typical that they will look for the credibility of our firm through our website. Also of importance to us is the knowledge our web designer has with respect to our professional rules as they pertain to promotional materials, including websites. WebJuris' experience in working with law firms has been critical to ensure that our content is appropriate and our disclaimers are in compliance with our obligations as attorneys and business owners.
While every business has different needs and expectations with respect to their websites, I can tell you firsthand that WebJuris is understanding of those varying needs and is more than cooperative with our firm?s requests based upon the direction of our practice, etc. I have referred other lawyers, individuals and companies to WebJuris and will continue to do so. I am also happy to provide further insight to my experience with WebJuris and would ask that anyone interested not to hesitate to give me a call.
Very truly yours,
Harry W. Harrison

I am writing to you to express my great pleasure at having the opportunity to work with you and your staff over the past several years.
Your work for Haskins & Associates with respect to our website as well as advice on the graphic used in our advertising has benefited us greatly. Everyone on my staff, attorneys, and clerical personnel alike, has been pleased with the open and honest way you and your staff deal with us in maintaining and expanding our web presence, developing new advertising and graphics ideas and during the preparation of the final products. RosArt's method of open and direct communication between our two staffs have helped us accelerate problem solving, especially with the numerous changes we have made to our website.
I can personally say that the level of trust that has developed between Haskins & Associates and RosArt Multimedia makes it unnecessary to be concerned about billing problems, overcharging for work performed or similar issues so prevalent in today's business climate. In my experience this is an unusual statement to make about a company in your industry, with so many multimedia and web service companies coming and going, but the stability and integrity of RosArt Multimedia has always remained constant, and I am sure you and your people will continue to make that commitment over the years ahead.
Yours very truly,
Haskins & Associates

This is a letter to thank you again for a job well done!
Building a web site can be a daunting task, indeed. With so many things to consider, where does one begin? In the competitive world of web page design, we feel so fortunate to have discovered RosArt Multimedia, Inc., a company we found to be truly committed to making our website one that stands apart from the others- one that catches the reader's eye then invites them to linger awhile and browse further.
After Jose Rosa's informative initial presentation and then viewing some of their client's sites, we were confident that we were making a good choice in hiring them. However, the finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased, but the best part was how smoothly the process went. It was such a pleasure to work with people who were so efficient, imaginative, prompt, and courteous.
SDVLP - San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program
For a long time, members of the board of directors of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP) longed for an effective web site to let the public know about the important services our volunteers and staff delivered to the disadvantaged community. The board also realized how a good web site could attract more volunteers and financial support as well. The only obstacles to creating a web site were our own lack of technical expertise and the lack of funds to hire expert professionals.
One of our directors, a family law attorney and founding partner of a small firm, had just completed work with RosArt on designing and building her firm's website. She was ecstatic with the result and believed, based on her experience with the RosArt staff, that you might be willing to donate your time and talents in helping us.
Not only did you and various staff of RosArt donate hundreds of hours, but you demonstrated incredible patience during an arduous process that ultimately resulted in a highly professional web site that is both attractive, simple to negotiate and designed to give essential information to potential clients, volunteers and donors with a minimal management burden to maintain the site. Now, after your generous and creative hard work, both staff and directors are proud of our web site.
In addition, you have been very responsive in updating web site information and in assisting SDVLP with other related needs, such as designing a handsome and unique logo brand for our publications and letterhead, providing art work and arranging for printing of various materials. You have always been responsive and generous in contributing your time and work products, an indication of your interest in helping the disadvantaged community that we serve.
In short, we deeply appreciate all the work RosArt has donated to SDVLP and we are grateful for the high quality of service that you have provided. Please call on us if we can be of any assistance to you in the future.
